b. Risk Services: VoloFin may work with external third parties to evaluate the risk of transactions and to validate and verify such transactions;
c. Insurance: VoloFin may share Your Personal Information with insurance providers or insurance brokers to assess risk and evaluate credit insurance coverage for specified transactions;
d. Law enforcement, regulators and other parties for legal reasons: VoloFin may share Your Personal Information with third parties as required by applicable laws, if VoloFin reasonably believes such action is necessary to: (i) comply with the applicable laws and reasonable requests of law enforcement; (ii) detect and investigate illegal activities and breaches of agreements; and/or (iii) exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of VoloFin, its users, or others.

To prevent any form of unlawful interception or misuse of User Information, We use reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the User Information collected. We use reasonable secure and technologically appropriate measures, in compliance with the laws applicable in Singapore related thereto to protect You against loss or misuse of Your User Information including internal reviews of data collection, storage and processing practices and other reasonable security measures which are equivalent to security measures that VoloFin uses to protect its own confidential information.
